Fathers Day With Moonpig #AD

Hey Cats,

Father’s Day is quickly approaching and with lockdown it isn’t as simple as just nipping to the shop and then going to see your Dad. Especially when kids want to be able to pick out their presents for their for themselves but aren’t really allowed in the shops if we can help it. Moonpig is a great one stop shop to be able to make your own card and pick out a lovely present to send directly to your Father in time for the big day. There is still time to get an order in and have it delivered in time for Father’s Day which is next Sunday in the United Kingdom.

The thing that most people know Moonpig for is that you can make cool personalised cards that can be sent right to their door. Making cards is actually really fun as you can add in your own pictures. It’s really simple to use as J is 9 years old and he chose the design, picked out personalised pictures he wanted of him and his Dad and managed to do it all on his own. As we live together with his Dad he chose to leave the card blank on the inside so he can draw and add his own message. If you want to add in a message that’s easy too we loved how many personal options there are. There are lots of fun designs and ideas to help you pick out the perfect card. We saw some cute superhero designs but J really wanted to put the focus on photos he loved. Don’t worry if you don’t want to add photos there are some great graphic designs to choose from too.

I only recently found out how awesome the range of gifts you can send with cards are. It doesn’t just stop at flowers and chocolates there are tons of fun items to choose from like want a Star Wars mug? Tick! Whiskey lover? Sorted! Mr Kaos is partial to a craft beer and J had fun choosing the ones with “the coolest cans”. The Beer Hawk craft beer crate is actually fantastic value you get 13 drinks and a glass that come in a cool cardboard crate.  Easy to store and no wrapping needed I loved that it said cheers Dad in big letters! There’s some great beers from breweries like Tiny Rebel and Thornbridge and if your Dad hasn’t tried any craft beers this is a fantastic introduction to some great IPA’s.  If your Dad isn’t a beer drinker there’s lots of other drinks and yummy food to choose from and even games too. If you’re a regular on the blog you know we love food and craft beers.

Delivery is really easy you can choose to have the gift sent directly to whoever you want to gift to. I made a great card for my own Dad and I know he will get it in time for Father’s Day. If you would like to give the gift personally you can also choose to have it sent straight to you also. This was the first time I used Moonpig and I really enjoyed it. Fun, personalised and easy to use service. I liked that you can set up reminders for birthdays or celebrations to make sure you don’t miss them as I’m so awful with dates.

Have you used Moonpig? There’s still time to get your Dad that Father’s Day present!
