Trying The walkers Crisp Heinz sandwich range and ranking them

I love that walkers are always bringing out new and unusual flavour and always have to try them. This time Walkers crisps have paired up with Heinz and created a trio of fun sandwich and sauce flavoured crisps. The flavours that have been released are Sausage Sarnie with Heinz tomato ketchup, Cheese Toastie with Heinz beans and roast chicken with Heinz seriously good mayonnaise. straight off the bat these all sound like fun and household favourites.

First up we tried the roast chicken with Heinz seriously good mayonnaise. I love a roast chicken sandwich and I agree that Heinz mayonnaise is the perfect sauce to compliment this. I went in expecting strong hints of mayonnaise but have to admit for me these ones lacked that definition. The bread flavour comes from the crisps themselves and the chicken was prominent but no different than the roast chicken crisps they already do if not just a little less in strength. They weren't unpleasant but I wouldn't pick these ones up again.

Next we decided it was time to try the Sausage sarnie with Heinz tomato ketchup. I find Heinz ketchup has a sweetness to it so I was interested to see how this would translate across. I ma pretty sure that Walkers have created both sausage and ketchup separately before and both were pretty decent. I was super surprised how much these did deliver I only wish they has been more seasoned as they could have really brought home that homey sausage sarnie feeling. I would get these ones again but it would not be my first choice. We really do enjoy trying new snacks when they come out.

We saved the best until last as cheese and bean toasties are the staple of any 80s/90s kid for sure. This one has a really big hype to live up to so we cracked open the cheese toastie with Heinz baked beans flavour crisps. I was shook these delivered big time as we put these in our mouths we were transported back to that crispy cheese and bean toastie of our youth. Honestly these were really good and were a lot more seasoned than the other two which could also be one of the winning factors. The beans flavour was unmistakably Heinz signature flavour too. We also tried these on a crisp sandwich and they were super tasty.

If you haven't tried them yet jump on the cheese and beans toastie first! Have you tried these which was your favourite?
