What can you do to feel more confident? There are lots of things that you can try, and it’s just a case of trying out different things until you find what works for you. First thing is first though, you’ve got to believe that you are able to get back your confidence, or you never will. You’ve got to know how amazing you are, because then nothing that anyone says will impact you in a negative way.

To change your attitude, you should first work on not caring what other people think. If you wouldn’t take advice from someone, then there is absolutely no reason for you to be taking criticism from them either, so keep that in mind when someone says something to you that gets you down.
