Hey Drapes,
It is no secret that I love Voodoo Vixen dresses as you have already seen me in them here and here. I purchased the Connie dress way back in the summer when it first came out. Now 30 x 20 challenge has given me the perfect excuse to show it off to you lovely readers.
I love the cut of this dress. Rocking a similar shape to their pink kitty dress. Nipping in at the waist and then flaring out for that real 50's rockabilly vintage vibe. I always feel really supported by these style of Voodoo Vixen dress because of the thick fabric that still has a little stretch.
My other dresses are still in great condition even after a year of constantly being worn and have kept their colour so I can only hope when washed this dress also keeps the gorgeous show stopping red,
I was drawn to the fabulous cat eyed specs print of this little number, A real kooky feel. Voodoo Vixen are quickly becoming the go to for unique prints on beautiful dresses.
Another thing I always rave about on dresses is pockets and not just pockets for show. Connie features two decent size usable pockets. Great for carrying that lippy around or even keeping your hands warm on the ever increasing cold days.
The dress did come with a little black belt and does have two little belt loops but I much preferred it without. There is a large zip up fastening down the back of the dress to make it easier to get in and out of.
A feature I loved about the Connie is the cute little puff sleeves, With sleeves that cute it would be a crime to wear a cardigan so break those arms out with pride. The peek a boo neckline shows just how sassy Connie really is.
I sported my cat sunglasses you saw in my last haul video because in this dress I felt like a part of a seriously bad ass girl gang. I love the cite little cat ears with the extra sparkle.
Have you tried any Voodoo Vixen dresses yet? Also Don't forget to check out the other ladies in the 30 x 30 challenge.

I lovelovelove Voodoo Vixen. I have the sailor dress and the one with the black cats on it. I regret not buying this one when I had the chance, but they're such a brilliant brand - I can't wait to see what they have next season.
